Sinus Health Support Package

Sinus health is an area of concern for many people. Chronic inflammation is very common in the sinuses. These symptoms are congestion, postnasal drip, cough, sore throat and feeling run down, as well as other symptoms. It is important to address the sinus health issue internally so that the mucous membranes of the sinuses can "heal thy self"! It is also important to reduce the inflammation and the symptoms of swelling that inflammation cause in the sinuses with sinus irrigation.

C-Buff Powder, 1/2 teaspoon 1-2 times daily with water.
OR
C-Max, 1-2 capsules twice daily.
OR
Esterol, 2 capsules twice daily.

For continued sinus support:
SinuCleanse Netti Pot (instructions included in package) and SinuCleanse Solution Refill
Xlear Nasal Spray, 2 squirts in each nostril after the Netti Pot at least 4 times daily for sinus symptoms.

For even further sinus support, please consider the following supplements:
Sinus Free, 1 teaspoon in water 3 times daily for symptoms or 1 teaspoon in water daily for prevention.
Sinupret, 1-2 capsules three times daily for current congestion.
Neem Plus, 2 capsules three times daily for active infection.
