Meditative Writing

True Words, Real Feelings, A Quiet Place

Do you long for that special place of your own where you are truly present with yourself and open to surprises of love?  Sitting quietly, writing your thoughts and feelings, breathing calmly, starts the movement of discovering a valuable resource -  your authentic self! This experiential workshop will introduce you to meditation and a variety of journaling techniques.

Meditation and journaling will awaken the awareness of that place within you for meeting your loving self. 

Ellen Glass, M.S. Speech Pathology, discovered the power of meditative writing to heal heart aches from a life crisis. She practices this path of communication for support on the journey of authenticity.
